Common use of Lien Search Reports Clause in Contracts

Lien Search Reports. Agent shall have received satisfactory (i.e., showing no Liens other than Permitted Liens) UCC searches, together with tax lien, judgment and litigation searches conducted in the appropriate jurisdictions by a search firm acceptable to Agent with respect to the Properties, Borrower, and the Company as Agent shall require (collectively, the "UCC Searches").

Lien Search Reports. Agent shall have received search reports satisfactory (i.e.to it with respect to UCC financing statement, showing no Liens other than Permitted Liens) UCC searches, together with tax lien, lien and judgment and litigation searches conducted in the appropriate jurisdictions by a search firm acceptable to the Agent with respect to the Properties, Borrower, Mortgaged Properties and the Company Borrower Parties in such jurisdiction as Agent shall require (collectively, the "UCC Searches")have requested.

The Agent shall have received satisfactory (i.e., showing no Liens other than Permitted Liens) UCC searches, together with tax lien, judgment and litigation searches conducted in the appropriate jurisdictions by a search firm acceptable to the Agent and all of the Co-Lenders with respect to the Owned Hospitality Properties, Borrower, Borrower and each of the Company as Agent shall require Guarantors (collectively, the "UCC Searches").
