Lien Waivers. Professional Consultant shall not be entitled to receive payment hereunder until Owner is provided such lien waivers, including lien waivers from Professional Consultant's subconsultants, detailed descriptions of services, and sworn statements of certification stating Professional Consultant's services are in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, as Owner may reasonably require in connection with Professional Consultant's request for payment.
