Common use of Liens on Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Liens on Personal Property. Install in, or otherwise use in connection with, the Project any personal property under any security agreements or similar agreements however denominated whereby the right is reserved or accrues to anyone to remove or repossess any such items or whereby any Person other than Bank or Trustee reserves or acquires a lien upon such items.
