LIGHTING SERVICE. Company shall provide lighting service from dusk (one half (1/2) hour after sunset) to ▇▇▇▇ (one half (1/2) hour before sunrise) each night during the Agreement period for a total of approximately four thousand (4000) hours of lighting per year. Customer agrees that lighting provided is ornamental in nature and is not designed for security or public safety. Company does not guarantee lighting level for security or public safety purposes. Customer agrees that lighting is not designed in accordance with the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) recommended maintained luminance and illumination values for roadways and area lighting.

LIGHTING SERVICE. The Lighting Service shall provide to CUSTOMER the foot candle lighting output (illuminating capacity) produced from the installation, operation and maintenance of the Lighting Equipment described below or such other functionally equivalent alternative lighting equipment as may be determined by OUC with agreement by CUSTOMER, provided that such alternative lighting equipment provides the same illuminating capacity as the Lighting Equipment specified below.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.
