Common use of Limit of Appropriation Clause in Contracts

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed three hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00).

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of Eighty-three hundred thousand Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and 00/100 dollars and no/100 ($300,000.0083,950.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed Eighty-three hundred thousand Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and 00/100 dollars and no/100 ($300,000.0083,950.00).

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three five hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00500,000.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed three five hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00500,000.00).

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three one hundred ten thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00), 110,000.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed three one hundred ten thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00110,000.00), except as modified by written agreement signed by the parties.

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of one million two hundred forty-two thousand three hundred thousand seventy-one dollars and no/100 82/100 ($300,000.00), 1,242,371.82) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed one million two hundred forty-two thousand three hundred thousand seventy-one dollars and no/100 82/100 ($300,000.001,242,371.82).

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 A. Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three hundred ninety thousand dollars and no/100 00/100 ($300,000.0090,000.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed three hundred ninety thousand dollars and no/100 00/100 ($300,000.0090,000.00), unless agreed to in writing by the Parties to this Agreement.

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three hundred forty-five thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00345,000.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed three hundred forty-five thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00345,000.00).

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three twenty‐four thousand five hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.0024,500.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed three twenty‐four thousand five hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.0024,500.00).

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three sixty thousand, eight hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00), 60,800.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed three sixty thousand, eight hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.0060,800.00).

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three one hundred one thousand fourteen dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00), 101,014.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed three one hundred one thousand fourteen dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00101,014.00).

Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of six thousand three hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00), 6,300.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. 4.2 Consultant does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that Consultant may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Consultant shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed six thousand three hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.006,300.00).
