Common use of Limit on Company Liability Clause in Contracts

Limit on Company Liability. Except as expressly set forth in this Paragraph 10, the Company shall have no obligation to Executive under this Agreement following a termination of Executive's employment with the Company. Without limiting the generality of the provision of the foregoing sentence, the Company shall not, following a termination of Executive's employment with the Company, have any obligation to provide any further benefit to Executive or make any further contribution for Executive's benefit except as provided in this Paragraph 10.
