Limit on Designated Targets. Takeda may designate up to two (2) Designated Targets, each subject to being replaced, all as set forth in this Section 2.5. Takeda shall have the right at any time prior to [***] from the Effective Date to designate the Program 1 Target pursuant to this Section 2.5 and (b) [***] of the Effective Date to designate the Program 2 Target pursuant to this Section 2.5.
