Common use of Limit on Readjustments Clause in Contracts

Limit on Readjustments. No readjustment of the Warrant Price and ---------------------- number of shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrant pursuant to Sections 5 or 6 shall increase the Warrant Price or correspondingly affect such number of shares issuable more than the amount of any decrease made in respect of the Issue of any Options or Convertible Securities.
