Limit on Recovery. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the right to recovery of the holders of the Obligations against each Guarantor under this Section 11 shall not exceed $1.00 less than the amount which would render such Guarantor's obligations under this Section 11 void or voidable under applicable law, including without limitation fraudulent conveyance law.
