LIMITATION OF AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION OF THE INDENTURE. Unless and until the principal (and premium, if any) of the Notes and all accrued and unpaid interest thereon have been paid in full, (a) without the prior consent of the holders of not less than a majority in aggregate liquidation amount of the Trust Preferred Securities then outstanding (unless the consent of the holders of a greater aggregate liquidation amount is required by the Original Indenture), (i) the Company will not enter into any amendment to the Original Indenture, as supplemented hereby, that would adversely affect the holders of any of the Trust Preferred Securities; (ii) no termination of the Original Indenture, as supplemented hereby, shall occur; and (b) without the consent of each holder of Trust Preferred Securities then outstanding, no amendment to Section 603 hereof may be made.
