Common use of Limitation of Grant Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Grant. Nothing in this Agreement, whether express or implied, is intended or should be construed to confer upon, or to grant to, any person, except Bank and Borrower, any right, remedy, or claim under or because of either this Agreement or any provision of it. The rights, duties, and obligations of Borrower under this Agreement are not assignable or delegable.
