Common use of Limitation of Representations and Warranties; Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Representations and Warranties; Indemnification. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein: (i) no representation or warranty is made in this Services CONFIDENTIAL - DO NOT DISCLOSE Agreement as to any matter which is the subject of a representation or warranty in the Stock Purchase Agreement; (ii) no provision of this Services Agreement shall otherwise expand or limit either Party's indemnity obligations set forth in the Stock Purchase Agreement; and (iii) no provision of this Services Agreement shall otherwise expand or limit either Party's rights or obligations set forth in the License Agreements.
