Limitation of Scope. The labour protection regulations of this agreement shall apply when no fewer than 20 em- ployees work regularly at the workplace. Notwithstanding the regulation of the preceding sen- tence, a labour protection delegate shall be correspondingly elected when there are no fewer than 10 employees in a workplace.
