Common use of Limitation on Access to Records Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Access to Records. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, the Managing Members may, to the maximum extent permitted by law, keep confidential from the Preferred Members any information the disclosure of which the Managing Members reasonably believe is not in the best interest of the Company or could damage the Company or its business or which the Company or the Managing Members are required by law or by an agreement with any Person to keep confidential.
