Common use of Limitation on Access Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Access. Nothing in this Lease shall be construed to permit Lessee or its representatives to have access to any files, records, contracts or documents of Lessor or any Affiliate of Lessor relating to (i) Lessor's or any of its Affiliate's inter-company or intra-company feedstock and product pricing information, internal transfer prices, hedging activity records and hydrocarbon inventory valuation procedures and records or (ii) this transaction.
