Limitation on Aggregate Principal Amount. The aggregate principal amount of the Notes shall be limited to $100,000,000, and, except as provided in this Section and in Section 306 of the Indenture, the Company shall not execute and the Trustee shall not authenticate or deliver Notes in excess of such aggregate principal amount.
