Common use of Limitation on Amount of Advances Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Amount of Advances. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Advances at any time outstanding to the Company shall not exceed the aggregate amount of the Commitments at such time and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Letter of Credit Advances outstanding at any time shall not exceed $10,000,000.
