Limitation on Change of Use Sample Clauses

Limitation on Change of Use. Notwithstanding the provisions contained in Article 7 hereof, at least ten (10) years of the Term must remain for tenant to make a Change of Use of Unit Three unilaterally. If the remaining Term is less than ten (10) years but greater than three (3) and Tenant desires to make a Change of Use of Unit Three, Tenant must obtain Landlord's prior written approval, which may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.   • Termination on Change of Control 26.12.1 The Supplier shall notify the Authority immediately in writing if the Supplier undergoes a change of control within the meaning of Section 450 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 ("Change of Control") and provided this does not contravene any Law shall notify the Authority immediately in writing of any circumstances suggesting that a Change of Control is planned or in contemplation.
