Limitation on Continuing Occupancy. Occupancy of the Subject Property is limited to Qualified Owners and their Spouses, and to Qualified Occupants. The Administrator may, at any time, require any Occupant to verify that he or she is a Qualified Occupant and/or is otherwise fully compliant with this Covenant.
