Limitation on Delivery of Exercise Notices Sample Clauses

The Limitation on Delivery of Exercise Notices clause restricts the manner, timing, or conditions under which a party may deliver a notice to exercise certain rights, such as options or contractual privileges. Typically, this clause may specify acceptable methods of delivery (e.g., email, courier), set deadlines or blackout periods during which notices cannot be delivered, or require that notices be sent to designated recipients. Its core practical function is to ensure orderly and predictable exercise of rights, prevent disputes over improper or untimely notice, and protect both parties from misunderstandings regarding the activation of contractual rights.
