Limitation on Liabilities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the total aggregate liability of any Party for any claims under this Section 8 in respect of the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements made by such Party in or pursuant to this Agreement shall not exceed the Purchase Price.
