Limitation on Operator Rights Clause Samples

The Limitation on Operator Rights clause restricts the powers and authorities granted to the operator under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific actions or decisions that the operator is not permitted to undertake without prior approval from the owner or another governing party, such as entering into contracts above a certain value or making significant operational changes. By clearly defining these boundaries, the clause helps prevent unauthorized actions, ensuring that the operator acts within the agreed scope and protecting the interests of the owner or principal party.
