Common use of LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING Clause in Contracts

LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. End User is not permitted, and agrees not to, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of or modify the Product. Nothing contained herein shall be construed, expressly or implicitly, as transferring any right, license or title to End User other than those explicitly granted under this ▇▇▇▇. SA reserves all rights in its intellectual property not expressly agreed to herein. Unauthorized copying of the Product or failure to comply with the restrictions in this ▇▇▇▇ (or other breach of the license herein) will result in automatic termination of this ▇▇▇▇ and End User agrees that any unauthorized use will constitute immediate, irreparable harm to SA for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, and that injunctive relief will be an appropriate remedy for such breach.
