Limitation on Support. State Street shall have no obligation to support the Fund’s use of the System: (1) for use on any computer equipment or telecommunication facilities which does not conform to the Designated Configuration or (ii) in the event the Fund has modified the System in breach of this Addendum. In Witness Whereof, each of the parties has caused this instrument to be executed in its name and on its behalf by its duly authorized representative as of the date and year first written above.
