Limitations and Cooperation. The examined Party shall reasonably cooperate with the examining Party in conducting any such examination. The examining Party and its representatives (including third party accountants) shall keep all information obtained during any such examination confidential pursuant to and in accordance with Article 7 (Confidentiality).
