Common use of Limitations of Actions Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Actions. No action for any amount due under the provisions of this plan shall be brought but within two years after the right of action accrues. Any person legally incapable of bringing an action when the right accrues may ▇▇▇ at any time within two years next after he becomes legally capable to institute suit. All amounts not claimed within said period shall remain absolutely a part of said Fund.
