Common use of Limitations of Operation Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Operation. When necessary for mowing machines to cross the traveled roadway, a location will be selected that provides an unobstructed sight distance of five hundred (500) feet. The operator shall stop before crossing the roadway and permit closely approaching vehicles to pass before crossing. Operations shall be planned to minimize crossings.
