Common use of Limitations of Services Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Services. We reserve the right to restrict or close your account for the following reasons (but not limited to): (i) we believe that we may suffer a loss if the account is not closed (ii) the volume of account activity exceeds that which we can reasonably and safely process including excessive Reg D transactions (iii) the activity exceeds what is deemed reasonable and consistent with the type of account
