Common use of Limitations of Use Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Use. Mortgagor shall not initiate, join in or consent to any change in any private restrictive covenant, zoning ordinance or other public or private restrictions limiting or defining the uses that may be made of the Premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Mortgagee. Mortgagor shall comply with the provisions of all Governmental Approvals and all licenses, agreements and private covenants, conditions and restrictions that at any time are applicable to the Mortgaged Property.

Limitations of Use. The Mortgagor shall comply with the provisions of all Governmental Approvals and all leases, licenses, agreements and private covenants, conditions and restrictions that at any time are applicable to the Mortgaged PropertyMortgage Estate.

Mortgagor shall comply with the provisions of all Governmental Approvals and all leases, licenses, agreements and private covenants, conditions and restrictions that at any time are applicable to the Mortgaged Property.
