Limitations on Amendments to Charter Documents. So long as this Agreement shall remain in effect, the Company shall not cause or permit any amendments to the Bylaws, the Certificate or the Shareholder Agreement that would conflict with the rights and obligations set forth herein except to the extent required to comply with applicable law.
