Limitations on Amounts, Issuance and Amendment. A Letter of Credit shall be issued, amended, extended, reinstated or renewed only if (and upon issuance, amendment, extension, reinstatement or renewal of each Letter of Credit the Borrower shall be deemed to represent and warrant that), after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, extension, reinstatement or renewal (A) the aggregate amount of the outstanding Letters of Credit issued by the L/C Issuer shall not exceed the L/C Issuer’s L/C Commitment, (B) the aggregate L/C Obligations shall not exceed the Letter of Credit Sublimit, (C) the Revolving Exposure of any Revolving Lender shall not exceed such Revolving Lender’s Revolving Commitment, and (D) the Total Revolving Credit Exposure shall not exceed the Revolving Facility.
