Common use of Limitations on Exercise of Option Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Exercise of Option. As set forth in the Plan, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Optionee may exercise 25% of the Option on and after the first annual anniversary of the Grant Date, an additional 25% of the Option on and after the second anniversary of the Grant Date, an additional 25% of the Option on and after the third anniversary of the Grant Date, and a final 25% of the Option on and after the fourth anniversary of the Grant Date.

Limitations on Exercise of Option. As set forth in the Plan, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Optionee may exercise 2533% of the Option on and after the first annual anniversary of the Grant Date, an additional 2533% of the Option on and after the second anniversary of the Grant Date, an additional 25and a final 34% of the Option on and after the third anniversary of the Grant Date, and a final 25% of the Option on and after the fourth anniversary of the Grant Date.
