Limitations on Representations and Warranties by the Limited Partners. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the sole recourse of the General Partner or the Partnership under this Article V shall be against the Limited Partners' Partnership Interests, all right, title and interest of the Limited Partners under this Agreement in and to the assets or properties of the Partnership and in all Shares owned by the Limited Partners, including Shares acquired upon exercise of Rights.
