Limitations on Type and Condition of Sewage. Imperial Beach shall not discharge or allow to be discharged, any sewage or wastes into the SDMS which do not meet the standards established by appropriate San Diego ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations. Imperial Beach shall also comply with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations of all agencies of the United States of America, including the Environmental Protection Agency, and all agencies of the State of California having jurisdiction over the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of sewage and other wastes in the SDMS.
