LIMITED DURATION APPOINTMENTS. Appointment or reappointment duration for 268 bargaining unit faculty members in the Pro Tem, Visiting, Retired, Postdoctoral Scholar, 269 Postbaccalaureate Scholar, or Acting classifications is at the discretion of the University, in 270 compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. Their employment expires in accordance 271 with its terms and no notice is required.
