LIMITS OF COMPENSATION. The compensation referred to in articles 44, 45 and 47 of the Code Tur. and the related limitation periods, are governed by the provisions contained therein and in any case within the limits established by the CCV, by the International Conventions governing the services that are the object of the tourist package as well as articles 1783 and 1784 of the Civil Code, with the exception of personal injury not subject to a fixed limit.
LIMITS OF COMPENSATION. 1. The tourist package contract may provide for the limitation of compensation due by the Organizer, except for damages to the person or those caused intentionally or through fault, provided that this limitation is not less than three times the total price of the package. 2. The right to compensation for damages to the person is prescribed in three years from the date of the return of the Traveler to the place of departure or in the longer period foreseen for the compensation of the damage to the person by the provisions that regulate the services included in the package.

LIMITS OF COMPENSATION. The following limits shall apply to faculty compensation: 31.§2.1 Without the express and written permission of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, no faculty member shall earn more than one hundred forty-four (144%) percent of academic-year base salary in any fiscal year from teaching related activities and no more than two hundred (200%) percent from both teaching related activities and grant/contract arrangements referenced in Appendix A of this Agreement.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Basis of Compensation The Owner shall compensate the Architect/Engineer for the services provided in accordance with Article 7. Payments to the Architect/Engineer shall be as follows:

  • No Compensation Except as provided in this Section 7.4 and elsewhere in this Agreement (including the provisions of Articles V and VI hereof regarding distributions, payments and allocations to which it may be entitled), the General Partner shall not be compensated for its services as general partner of the Partnership.

  • Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.

  • Variable Compensation In addition to any interim award that the Company owes to the Executive under the Variable Compensation Plan (or any similar provisions in a successor to the Variable Compensation Plan), the Executive shall be paid a lump sum cash amount equal to 2.0 times the target annual award under the Variable Compensation Plan for the Executive’s job for the calendar year during which the Change in Control occurs. In order to be entitled to a payment pursuant to this Section 4(b), the Executive must have been a participant in the Company’s Variable Compensation Plan at some time during the calendar year in which the Change in Control occurred or the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year in which the Change in Control occurred.
