Common use of Limits of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Limits of Coverage. 9.2.1 Minimum limits of insurance coverage shall be as follows: INSURANCE DESCRIPTION/MINIMUM REQUIRED COVERAGE Coverage A - Statutory State of N.C. Coverage B - Employers Liability $500,000 each accident and policy limit and disease each employee 9.2.2 FIRM shall cause TOWN to be named and endorsed as an additional insured for General Liability and Automobile Liability and Umbrella coverage and be provided with a certificate of insurance prior to the effective date of the contract or any renewal contract. The TOWN shall be provided with all renewal certificates within thirty (30) days of the expiration date of any and all policies listed on the certificate of insurance.
