Limits on Authority. Employee shall perform his duties as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company pursuant to this Agreement in compliance with applicable law, consistent with such direction as the Company’s Board of Directors supplies to Employee from time to time, and in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures as published from time to time.
