Common use of Limits On Options Clause in Contracts

Limits On Options. Each LIBOR Loan or Variable Rate Loan shall be in a minimum amount of $100,000. At no time shall there be outstanding a total of more than six (6) LIBOR Loans at any time. If Borrower shall make more than one (1) interest rate selection in any thirty (30) day period, excluding conversions of outstanding Loans made at the end of an applicable Interest Period of any previously outstanding LIBOR Loan, Administrative Agent may impose and Borrower shall pay a reasonable processing fee for each such additional selection.
