Limits on Voluntary After-Tax Employee Contributions. If this subsection (1) is checked, the following limits apply to Voluntary After-Tax Employee Contributions: (i) Maximum limit. A Participant may make Voluntary After-Tax Employee Contributions up to 🞎 (A) % of Plan Compensation 🞎 (B) $ for the following period: 🞎 (C) the entire Plan Year. 🞎 (D) the portion of the Plan Year during which the Employee is eligible to participate. 🞎 (E) each separate payroll period during which the Employee is eligible to participate.
