(“Seller”) and Delaware City Refining Company LLC (“Buyer”) (the “Supply Agreement”) Dear Mr. [ ]: This Termination of Deliveries Notice (“Notice”) is to advise you that pursuant to the Supply Agreement an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing with Buyer as Defaulting Party. As a result of the foregoing, Seller has elected to send this Termination of Deliveries Notice.
