Common use of Line of Credit Commitment Fee Clause in Contracts

Line of Credit Commitment Fee. Borrower shall pay to Bank a non-refundable commitment fee for the Line of Credit equal to Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), which fee shall be due and payable in full on the date of this Agreement.

Line of Credit Commitment Fee. Borrower shall pay to Bank a fully-earned and non-refundable commitment fee for with respect to the Line of Credit (the “Line of Credit Commitment Fee”)in an amount equal to Two Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.0050,000.00), which fee shall be due and payable in full on the date of this Agreement.
