Common use of LINE OF CREDIT LIMIT Clause in Contracts

LINE OF CREDIT LIMIT. If your application for a VISA card is approved, you will be notified of your credit limit (the maximum amount of credit we agree to provide to you or on your behalf) for transactions made under your account. Unless you are in default, the credit limit established for you will be self- replenishing as you make payment of your account. You agree to keep your unpaid balance within the credit limit set by us, and you promise to pay any amount over the credit limit upon our demand, whether or not we authorize the advance which caused you to exceed your credit limit. We are not obligated to accept charges which would cause you to exceed your credit limit. If your account is in default, you will have no credit available even if your unpaid balance is less than your credit limit. You agree that we can change your credit limit at any time. You may request a change to your credit limit by submitting an updated VISA application to us.
