Common use of Line Sharing Clause in Contracts

Line Sharing. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Verizon shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ line sharing in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line sharing, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Sharing"). Verizon shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Sharing. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇MMG, Verizon shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ MMG line sharing in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line sharing, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("“Line Sharing"”). Verizon shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ MMG with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Sharing. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇DSLnet, Verizon shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ DSLnet line sharing in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line sharing, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Sharing"). Verizon shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ DSLnet with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Inc. with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Sharing. Verizon shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ymax with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
