Line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. When any work is being done on or within the reach of a primary voltage, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not work but shall be in the position to observe the work being done and give advice in regard to safety.
Line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. When two (2) to four (4) employees compose a Line Crew, one (1) qualified Field Technician shall be the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. When working conditions require, a Line Crew may be increased up to six (6) qualified employees without requiring an additional ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. No Line Crew ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall at the same time perform work or supervise work on more than one (1) Line Crew.
Line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. A Journeyman having charge of work and responsible directly to the Operations Manager and General ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, he or she having charge of more than four (4) other employees being Journeyman and/or Utility Servicemen, maintains work order system, responsible for material sheets, inspection clearances and customer relations.
Line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. A ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is a working journeyman who has been a journeyman for at least three (3) years in the branch of the trade in which the employee is directing one crew. If the employee directs more than eight (8) other employees, the employee will not work except in emergencies which threaten life or property, except for incidental assistance which does not distract from the employee’s primary function. Line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. In the event that line crews are combined temporarily to perform assigned tasks, the line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall supervise the work of the combined crew. The junior line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall perform line work without any reduction in his line ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ pay.
