Common use of LINEN SERVICE Clause in Contracts

LINEN SERVICE. The required Linen Service is not included in the Housing rate per person per night for all Group Participants. Each Group Participant will receive one set of linens which include: one (1) pillow, one (1) pillow case, one (1) blanket, two (2) flat sheets, and two (2) towels. The Licensee can request additional Linen Set(s) for all Group Participants. Additional Linen Sets will include: one (1) pillow case, two (2) flat sheets, and two (2) towels, on the requested delivery date(s) as listed in this Agreement. These items will be delivered to the Housing Space upon arrival and on additional delivery date(s) as requested. Group Participants are responsible for making their own bed. Daily housekeeping is not provided inside the Housing Space. All linens must be left in the Housing Space upon final departure from the University. The Licensee will be held financially responsible for any and all missing or intentionally damaged linens. The Licensee is not permitted to contract with an outside third-party for Linen Service.
