Common use of Lines and Grades Clause in Contracts

Lines and Grades. Contractor shall lay out the Work and shall be responsible for all measurements in connection therewith. Contractor shall, at its own expense, furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, and labor, including surveyors, that may be required in setting and cutting or laying out any part of the Work. Contractor shall be responsible for the proper execution of the Work to such lines and grades. The surveyor shall be a Colorado Registered Licensed Surveyor.
