LINES OF DEMARCATION. 152.1 The Chairperson of the Shop Committee may request the Labour Relations Department to arrange a special meeting to hear the skilled trades representative's views concerning problems in connection with work 152.2 If the matter involves the appropriateness of the work assignment of employees in Skilled Trades classifications and is resolved, the settlement will be reduced to writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the settlement unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. If the matter is not resolved, the Local Union may reduce the matter to writing in a statement setting forth all the facts and circumstances surrounding the case and the position taken by the Union. The statement will be presented to Management within ten (10) working days of the special conference.
