Linked activities Sample Clauses
The 'Linked activities' clause defines how certain tasks, obligations, or processes within an agreement are connected or dependent on one another. In practice, this clause specifies that the commencement, completion, or performance of one activity is contingent upon the status or outcome of another related activity. For example, the delivery of goods might be linked to the completion of a prior inspection or approval process.
