Common use of List of Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

List of Certificateholders. Upon written request of the Certificate Insurer or three or more Certificateholders of record, for purposes of communicating with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement, the Securities Administrator will afford the Certificate Insurer or such Certificateholders access during business hours to the most recent list of Certificateholders held by the Securities Administrator.
